Penn Yan, NY - The Master Gardeners’ of Yates County are hosting an herb workshop on Saturday, October 21st, 2017 at the Penn Yan Library. Topics include: introduction and overview of herbs, transplanting herbs into containers, therapeutic uses of herbs, and drying/preserving herbs from your garden or market. Participants will also be making a mustard tincture to take home. Supplies will be provided.
The workshop is open to the public and is to be held on Saturday, October 21st, from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at the Penn Yan Library, located at 214 Main Street, Penn Yan NY 14527. This is a FREE workshop, but cash donations are appreciated. Pre-registration is required!
