DEADLINE- 4-H Year End Paperwork Due August 31st!

In order to get credit for the 4-H year (and qualify for awards at Achievement Night), every member needs to complete a year end member summary. More year-end information is available on our 4-H Forms webpage. Cloverbud needs to fill out the Cloverbud Summary Report and traditional 4-H members need to complete the 4-H Member Summary Report. Also listed on this site is a Year End Paperwork check-list and Explanation document. Contact the 4-H office with any questions.
