Dundee, NY 14837)REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS:Pre-Registration: Pre-registration is required! Register online or call Pro Action Yates Office of the Aging (OFA) at 315-279-4321. *Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis*Income information is requested to allow us to continue to receive and distribute USDA products.This will be a drive-thru model; participants must stay in their car and put a piece of paper with their first and last names in the window facing out for staff to see at check-in.Please have your trunk cleaned out so you can put a box of food in it. Once your trunk is closed and tapped, you may drive away.No walk-ups; only pre-registered households in cars will be served.Due to town equipment needing to be moved, please do NOT arrive before 9:00 am.
