Penn Yan, NY – Cornell Cooperative Extension-Yates County will host Earth Day Extravaganza on April 16th from 1:00 – 4:00 PM, offering an exciting day of hands-on activities, games, and crafts celebrating sustainability, nature, and science.
This free, family-friendly event will feature engaging activities such as:
Attendees will also be able to interact with representatives from local non-profits, including CCE-Yates County, Yates Public Health, Cummings Nature Center, Canandaigua Lake Watershed Association, Keuka Lake Association, Saunders Finger Lakes Museum, Penn Yan Library, and others.
Plus, the Penn Yan Diner’s Pancake Truck will be on-site, flipping and selling delicious pancakes.
The event will take place at Yates Community Center (467 N. Main St, Penn Yan, NY), with a rain location at Wellspring Church.
